Federal Household Goods Booking Policy In compliance with 49 CFR Part 375 1. Required Documents Before booking, you must acknowledge receipt of the federal "Your Rights and Responsibilities" and "Ready to Move?" brochures. 2. Estimates & Billing Binding: Fixed price for the inventory/service listed. Non-Binding: Price based on weight/cf. You are only required to pay 110% of the estimate at delivery; remaining balances are billed later. Service Order: A Order for Service is required for all interstate moves. 3. Protection Plans Released Value: Free coverage at $0.70 per pound, per article. Full Value Protection: Comprehensive coverage available for an additional premium. High Value/ Additional Premium: Items exceeding $7/lb must be declared. 4. Deposits & Cancellation A 100% payment is required to secure your date. Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the move for a refund. Final payment is due before unloading via [Accepted Payment Methods].
